INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

USA (Excluding Alaska) + Canada + Caribbean Islands only at this time .

PROCESSING: 

All orders are processed 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. All products listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship so you can avoid all shipping delays. You will receive a second notification to set up a delivery appointment. 

DELIVERY TIME: 

ALL ITEMS WILL ARRIVE AS EARLY AS 1- 10 BUSINESS DAYS. This excludes delays due to third party shipping problems that are out of our control. (We have not had any yet !)

SHIPPING RATES: 

ALL OUR SHIPPING RATES INCLUDE SALES TAX 

WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM YOUR SHIPPING RATE. We understand shipping for heavy furniture is expensive. However, we do not profit from these rates. As a small business, we have spent a substantial amount of money to guarantee what no other company in our industry can. During a shipping crisis, you are able to enjoy your sofa within 10 days. Although we wish, we can not afford free shipping at this time. Thank you in advance for your support and understanding. We are grateful for you.

We believe in full transparency, our third party shipping provider for our heavier furniture (sofas) is U-ship. You can cross check and calculate shipping quotes directly on their site. 

WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY: 

Local Delivery : Within 100 mi radius of Los Angeles ( Including Las Vegas , Border of Mexico, Scottsdale, Sacramento ) We use our personal shipping team to deliver white glove experience. This includes full set up in the room of your choice, unboxing, arranging and trash removal. 

Outside 100 mi radius of Los Angeles:  We use a 3rd party shipping provider for all areas outside of 100 mi radius of Los Angeles. Delivery with our 3rd party provider will be door to door delivery. Your sofa will be dropped off at the door of your home. (Yes this does mean they will go up elevators ect. to leave your sofa at your actual door if you are in a building.) We will not be providing white glove delivery for these areas because we do not feel comfortable letting 3rd party contractors we personally do not know inside your homes. Your safety and your family's safety is our priority. We are currently working on other solutions to offer this service to you.

 

HOME DECOR 

PROCESSING:

You will receive a second notification when your order has been shipped. If you wish to receive shipping updates please provide your phone number at checkout. 

SHIPPING RATES 

For home decor items shipping rates are calculated automatically through Fedex, UPS & DHL integration. All options from each shipping provider are available to you. This way you can best select the shipping option and shipping provider that fits your needs according to price and urgency.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY 

We will personally deliver home decor items for free within a 20 mile radius of Los Angeles as a thank you for your local support.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to set up your delivery appointment. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
